Refund policy

 


At Chundee, we are committed to providing high-quality products and supporting families with confidence in their purchase.

Due to the personal-use nature of our products and potential exposure to bodily fluids, we only offer refunds or replacements for items that are confirmed faulty.

Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.


Shipping & Returned Parcels

Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

If a customer refuses delivery, is unavailable to receive the parcel, provides an incorrect address, or no longer wants the order after shipment, any original shipping and processing costs will not be refunded.

If the parcel is returned to Chundee, we may refund the product cost in accordance with this policy, however shipping charges incurred to send the order remain the responsibility of the customer.


Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.

Once a product has been opened, it cannot be returned unless it is confirmed faulty.

Please review all product information carefully before placing your order.


Faulty Products

You are entitled to a replacement or refund if your product has a major fault.

A product is considered faulty if:

  • It has a manufacturing defect
  • It is damaged upon arrival
  • You receive the wrong item

If you believe your product is faulty, you must:

  1. Email hello@chundee.com.au within 7 business days of receiving your order
  2. Provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue
  3. Include your order number in your email

Returns will not be accepted without prior written approval.

Once the fault is confirmed, you may choose between:

  • A replacement product
  • A full refund

In most cases, we do not require the faulty item to be returned. If a return is required, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days and returned to the original payment method used at checkout.


Used Products

Products that have been used and are not faulty cannot be returned.

Due to health and safety standards, we cannot accept returns of used items unless a manufacturing fault is confirmed.


If It Didn’t Work for Your Child

Chundee is designed to assist with unexpected nausea and travel sickness.

However, we cannot guarantee suitability for every individual child.

If the product is not faulty but did not meet your expectations, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange.


International Orders

For international customers, we only accept returns for confirmed faulty products.

We do not accept international returns for change of mind.


Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
