International orders are shipped from Australia via Australia Post.

Customs, Duties & Taxes:

Your country’s customs office may charge duties, taxes, or additional fees upon delivery.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for customs-related fees or delays.


Delivery Responsibility

Once your order has been dispatched and tracking details have been provided, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.

We do not guarantee specific delivery dates.


Delayed Deliveries

Delays caused by postal services, customs processing, weather events, or peak periods are outside of our control.

We are not responsible for delays once an order has been handed to Australia Post.


Missing or Marked as Delivered Parcels

If your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Check with household members or neighbours
  • Contact your local post service

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
